Mike McCormick started his life in Valentine, Nebraska, but grew up in North Platte, Ne. While at North Platte High School, Mike, discovered his love of art when he was asked to paint a mural with a friend. After graduating from Colorado Institute of Art in Denver in 1981. Mike stated a career in Advertising in Dallas, Texas. Mike now lives in Coppell, Texas. In 2020 during COVID, Mike, rediscover his love for art and started drawing again.
