Kristi Spiegel was born and raised in Holdrege, Nebraska and graduated from Holdrege High School in 1979. Kristi discovered her passion for art in high school, thanks to the direction of her art instructor, Mr. Steven Wilke. Art was the only subject in school that she felt a true connection.

 

After graduating, she continued painting in her spare time. Her goal is to continue to pursue her painting, whether it be landscapes, churches, flowers, or her most recent passion, abstract art. She believes there is stunning art all around us; however, you must take the time to open your eyes, your mind and your heart to absorb the beauty.
